Report a workers’ comp claim

Please have the following information prepared when reporting a claim:

Report Online

If you have access to our Insured Portal, you can report a claim online with these easy steps:

-Log into the Insured Portal. Click here to do so.
-Locate the policy on which you are reporting the claim.
-Click on “Submit a Claim” and follow the prompts.

Report Via Phone

If you do not yet have access to the Insured Portal, we recommend you report via phone to expedite your claim. Please call 877-836-1555 for assistance.

Report a commercial auto claim

Please have the following information prepared when reporting a claim:

Log into the Insured Portal at MyGreatAmerican.gaig.com with your Great American login for the best experience, or visit ClaimStartNow.gaig.com.

Report Via Email

Complete the accident report and email it to ReportAutoClaim@strategiccomp.com.
