If you have access to our Insured Portal, you can report a claim online with these easy steps:
-Log into the Insured Portal. Click here to do so.
-Locate the policy on which you are reporting the claim.
-Click on “Submit a Claim” and follow the prompts.

If you do not yet have access to the Insured Portal, we recommend you report via phone to expedite your claim. Please call 877-836-1555 for assistance.
