Account Executive
Managing the service team and maintaining a close partnership with the client is the Account Executive (AE).
The Account Executive is a unique and differentiating feature of our program. As the team leader and primary contact for the client, the Account Executive is responsible for overall account management and communication, keeping everyone in the loop. This key role allows us to provide the most effective service for the client while building long term relationships with the business owner and top management. Our Account Executives monitor our accounts extensively, watch for trends, provide account reviews and analysis, and help to implement incentive programs and effective loss control procedures. This proactive approach keeps our clients on target for ultimate savings.
